All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within this timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

All bets are subject to acceptance by wibo69. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed in error, bets exceeding maximum limits, or bets we suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.
For sports betting, results are determined based on official league or competition statistics. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Settlement of bets is based on the result at the time the final whistle or completion of the scheduled duration, excluding overtime unless otherwise specified.
For togel (lottery) games, results are based on official lottery draw announcements from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lotto, and other recognized lottery operators. Results are typically published within minutes of the official draw and are considered final. In the event of a discrepancy, the official lottery operator's published result shall prevail.
